Rehab Wallet a/k/a the "Magic Top Hat" — Rehab Wallet is a premier private real estate lender providing small balance loan solutions to residential investors and developers. We make fix-and-flip and bridge loans easy. My responsibilities include: operations, loan processing and servicing, software advisor, compliance, and managing our AMAZING team. Web Development a/k/a the "Comfort Beanie" — I studied computer science with a minor in digital production arts at Clemson University. My dream was to rig 3D models for a major animation studio, such as Pixar or DreamWorks. During my studies, I familiarized myself with programming languages like C, C++, Java, PHP, and Python. Shortly after, I started an internship at FUEL Digital Marketing in Greenville, SC. I assisted with their email marketing campaigns, and was recruited into their web development team with the help of a brilliant mentor. I was offered a full-time web development position, and eventually made my way into web applications development at Beck Digital in Greenville, SC. Over a span of 6 years, I worked with a plethora of prestigious local businesses, including Blue Ridge Mountain Club, Mission Health System, Safe Helidecks (in conjunction with Shell Oil Company), Signalytix, Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, NAI Earle Furman, and Sealevel. 3.) Entrepreneurship & Investing a/k/a the "Bucket Hat" — I am always looking for investment opportunities to 'fill my bucket'. My long-term goal is to build income and equity by passively investing in low-risk real estate and businesses. My short-term goal is to actively invest in single-family and small multi-family real estate to achieve my long-term goal.
