DIAGEO Hellas: Trading, Imports & Representation of Spirit brands July 2013-Jun 2020: Head of Reserve Brands (Commercial Director)-Luxury division of Diageo including Brands across categories with very high margins. Reporting to Reserve MD Europe, leading a business unit of 10 people, including Sales team-Brand Ambassadors-Customer Mkt and C&E (PR) roles. Member of Mediterranean Cluster Leadership team & Europe Reserve Leadership team. o Full responsibility of managing the Distribution agreement with LVMH in Greece. o Full responsibility of the P&L of Reserve business unit, including Trade Investments, A+P budget. Achievements: • Develop and establish a business of approx. €20 mio from €2,5 mio in 2012 (6 years CAGR rate +17%). Diageo Reserve NSV is approx. 30% of total Diageo Greece NSV (from 4% in 2012). • Achieve highest Market Share for Greece in Europe with 59% M.S. in volume (Source: IWSR 2017) • Own the ideation and the creation of the benchmark of our activation, the institution of “World Class Fine Drinking Cocktail Festivals in Athens & Thessaloniki”/3rd space activation.
