Having more than 10 years experiences as Instrument Engineer in design engineering, construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning & commissioning project in Oil & Gas EPC for Upstream & downstream with various projects such as Pre-FEED & FEED green field offshore platform & onshore, LPG Facility, Detail Design Engineering, modification & verification instrument equipment in brown field project. With experience summaries as follows: 1. Work with team members to design project the most effective based on client, company, and oil & gas standart. Capable to prepared and operate software in generating design documents/drawing and Supervise project (phase up to commissioning) as follows-Instrument Scope of Works -Instrument Specification -Instrument Philosophy & Control Narrative -Generate cost estimation, for tender project -Review for Vendor Deliverable, Such as transmitter, etc -Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)-Producing instrument index and I/O List -Preparing instrument datasheet -Producing Material Take Off (MTO) and Cable & Tubing Schedule -Sizing control valve, pressure safety valve, orifice bore, Thermowell and Tubing -Generating and reviewing loop diagram -Support FAT, SIAT, and SAT Procedure -Generate Cause & Effect Matriks -Prepare & Review Wellhead Control Panel Schematic -Calculate Consumption of power and gas for the needs of plant-Review instruments drawing, such as level sketch, interconnection block diagram, instrument layout, instrument hook-up, instrument cable, typical installation detail, and etc As Project Management Team : • Support team to detailed project plan that includes schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution • manage the project’s finances, ensuring all activities are executed within the approved budget. • allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to avoid delays or overspending. • act as the central point of communication, coordinating efforts among various technical teams (mechanical, electrical, process, piping, and civil). • oversee on-site project activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedules, HSE Regulation and budgets. • review progress reports and address issues promptly to keep the project on track.
