I am a Manager of Technical Training & Development at Apple, where I lead transformative initiatives in creating and delivering training materials and technical content for 3D Vision Operations and Maps Global Collections. With over 6 years of experience in this role, I have a Jamf Certified Tech credential and a strong background in content design and localization, video production, and "train the trainer" frameworks. My mission is to enable effective learning experiences and foster global collaboration across diverse teams and geographies. I have successfully implemented a CMS and frontend site that provides organized and localized content in 7 languages to global field and management teams.
