Passionate instructional designer with a knack for streamlining technical information while creating engaging and effective learning experiences. With a M.S. from Florida State University’s Instructional Systems and Educational Technology program, I have experience backed by best practices in analyzing training needs, designing curricula, and developing eLearning solutions. I’m dedicated to leveraging technology and adult learning principles to drive performance improvement. A Portland State University Alumni, I spent my last year in undergrad during the pandemic working with faculty in the Communication and Women's Studies departments to transform in-person classes into remote courses that could meet the needs of students during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether it is a corporate training or college-level course, learning should never feel like a waste of time. Centering the learner and their needs is just as important as the information being covered.
