About Harrison Hung

My expertise includes cost and management accounting, cost improvement, and performance management. Work experiences : AU Optronics (AUO): Introduced activity-based cost management system for AUO. This project included analyzing accounts and manufacturing processes, designing allocation models, data collection, coworking with IT members, exploring cost management applications, and knowledge transfer. The outcome of this project could allocate 11 factories’ costs to various products, machines, and labor activities, which could support AUO’s transformation strategies. During the project period, I led the project team and maintained good communication between clients, project manager, and other team members. Walsin Lihwa : Used activity-based costing methodology to analyze client’s current cost profitability management system, designed the cost allocation model structure and management report for them. Japan Bank for International Cooperation(JBIC): Provided insights about key Taiwanese industries and political outlook.
