About Harrison Sayre

From the moment I completed my first programming class at Hamilton College, I knew that technology was my calling. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in hand, I am now eager to bring my lifelong fascination with technology to the professional world. My academic journey has been marked by a deep passion for understanding the complexities of technology and its potential to transform lives. I thrive on tackling complex problems and finding innovative solutions. While I may be new to the formal IT field, I have spent years informally providing technical support and troubleshooting for family and friends, honing my skills in real-world scenarios. This experience has not only sharpened my technical abilities but has also underscored the importance of patience, clear communication, and empathy when addressing user needs. As I stand at the forefront of my professional career, I am hungry to learn and contribute to an organization where technology is leveraged to improve the daily lives of its users. I am looking for opportunities that will challenge me, allow me to grow my technical repertoire, and participate in meaningful projects. In my spare time, I extend my skills to a local yoga and meditation studio, managing and enhancing their audiovisual systems. This voluntary role has further solidified my understanding of how technology can enrich community spaces and support wellness industries. I am excited about the journey ahead and am actively seeking opportunities as an Information Technology Specialist. Let's connect!
