About Harrison Welshimer

Peace Corps service in Cambodia was the hardest commitment I’ve ever made. But it changed everything - how I think, how I lead, and how I work. It grounded my values in service and adaptability, and helped me understand that the best systems are built to support people. Since returning, I’ve blended that experience with data strategy, project management, and CRM systems leadership. As a Senior Recruiter and Program Analyst for the Peace Corps, I’ve built dashboards, led cross-functional tech projects, and helped national teams work smarter. I’ve also trained recruiters, managed budgets, and improved lead conversion by tracking the right data and acting on it. Now I’m committed to building a career in Atlanta—using those same skills to make an impact at a mission-driven company. I bring a mix of heart and clarity, and I’m especially drawn to organizations that value people, performance, and long-term thinking.
