19.5+ years experience and in Qatar for 15+ years, I held senior positions as commercial manager and project manager (infrastructure and building services) with both consultants and contractors in the past and have broad knowledge and in-depth experience in pre-contract and post-contract cost control stages. My skills cover a wide range of competencies in engineering, quantity surveying, project construction and commercial management, contracts and construction laws, claims and dispute resolution. My project portfolio is varied and include buildings and infrastructure works (roads projects, university faculties buildings, stadia, airports, wash water treatment plant, reservoirs & pumping stations, substations, water pipelines, district cooling infrastructures, port infrastructure, museum, hospitals, hotels, high rise buildings, etc.).
