Background
About Harry Clark
Currently working as a people manager within Meta. My team and I are focused on hiring principal and staff level software engineers. I also work on sourcing strategy across the international locations in Meta to encourage a higher quality, candidate focused approach. I work heavily with engineering contacts and programme managers to ensure a consistent and calibrated approach to hiring and interviewing. Recently I was responsible for creating and implementing a new training system allowing 100+ sourcers and recruiters to be quickly upskilled to adapt to a new hiring focus.
