Currently working full time as Head of Sports for World Abilitysport (formerly IWAS & CPISRA). Member of SnowSport England’s Freestyle and Snowboard Executive Committee, with a lead role in a Working Group for the development of Para SnowSports in England. Head of Sports with 5 years of international sports event management experience, including the Paralympic Games, demonstrating a visionary approach to event management and strategic planning. Demonstrating strong communication, analytical, and organisational abilities, bolstered by academic credentials and practical experience in the sports events and customer service sectors, as well as through voluntary engagements. A highly motivated and confident individual, I excel in successfully completing tasks to the highest standard. I am goal-oriented, progressive, and eager to tackle challenging situations that require a variety of techniques for efficient resolution. Additionally, I possess robust leadership and communication skills, allowing me to perform effectively under pressure. Cardiff Metropolitan University Sports Management Graduate.
