About Harry Doling

Umbra is my family business, started by my Grandpa in 1975, it has grown to become a well known name in the blinds trade. For me this is more than just a business. I started at Umbra when I left 6th form college and over the years I've progressed to become the Sales & Marketing Manager. But believe me, I didn't land that job just because I'm family. I've worked in the factory, I've done customer service, I've managed growing and key accounts and now I apply that knowledge and experience to leading a talented team of individuals, both family and non-family. What do I do- Visit customers and potential customers - Work with the marketing team to make the Umbra brand more visible in the market - Lead the sales team and enable them to do their job efficiently and effectively How can I help you- If you need advice about blinds or curtains for a commercial or residential building I'm your man - My knowledge of electric blinds and all the associated wiring will certainly be beneficial to you - I can demonstrate our products to you face to face or over Zoom and explain why you'll want to buy from us over anyone else :)
