My expertise lies in successfully creating, implementing, and managing effective operational standards, spearheading daily operations of multi facet facilities and parks, fostering relationships, and liaising with community councilors, varying levels of government, community groups and general public, while skillfully engaging and balancing strategic initiatives and organizational objectives. With demonstrated knowledge of OHSA, administering and monitoring budgets, asset management, performing needs assessments, building automation systems, fostering community partnerships, along with recruiting, training and mentoring employees’ success and development.
