For every job I've had, I've left the organization better off than when I arrived. Whether they hired me because of challenges they were facing or just to further their current initiatives, I left things improved from when I started. The more influence I had, the farther-reaching the improvements. I am skilled at matching business needs with emerging technologies. I research the latest technologies and guide organizations in implementing what is beneficial in meeting their mission and goals. I have collaborated to get support for those changes and managed the projects implementing them. I've led departments up to thirty people covering every aspect of information technology.
