Hi! Thanks for looking at my page. Living and working across Southeast Asia for eight years for NGOs has enabled me to build strong project management skills. I discovered that the fuel that gives me energy to thrive at work is from learning and understanding service provider’s challenges, then identifying tools, training, and expertise to support them. When overseeing a multi-country livelihoods project, I am most proud of building a supportive and collaborative network of implementers. This made the difference between isolated teams developing their own practices in silos, and instead connecting them to learn from each other and increase the impact for local communities. In this role I manage the design and implementation of a suite of consultancy programmes that support non-profits facing specific strategic challenges. I facilitate teams of business leaders to approach these challenges with rigorous research, analysis, and robust recommendations. As a result, non-profit organisations are provided with relevant, expert, and concrete outputs to help them maximise their social impact.
