Having worked in many countries and markets such as Australia, UK, USA, Hong Kong,India and Sri Lanka I have pioneered start-up businesses, turnaround BUs for increased financial and operational performance, empowered and mentored my team members to grow within the business and I also have a track record of being promoted in almost every organisation I have worked for, a testament of my work ethics and perseverance. During my career I have held managerial roles for 11+ years and I am well known to be a rational thinker, innovator and natural leader and have been summoned during challenging times, where the job was done with excellence without compromising the overall business objectives.
