About Harry Han
I am a newly graduated student from Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Calgary. As a Product/Process Engineering Intern at the Composite Production Systems, a division of Shawcor, I designed 3D models of various prototypes, conducted FEA, optimized manufacturing processes, and developed effective standard operating procedures that emphasize the safety of the workers. In addition to my Internship at Shawcor, I also have experience as a biomechanical research assistant at the University of Calgary, where I extensively used MATLAB to quantify and analyze knee joint kinematics. My endless curiosity drives my passion for uncovering how things work and coming up with ideas to improve day to day operations. In the future, I would like to utilize the skills I have cultivated so far in my career with a creative team of individuals who are just as passionate about innovation and discovery as I am.
