About Harry Hathorn

Hello My name is Harry Hathorn, and I have been a Software Engineer for 10 years. I am a natural problem solver known to find simple solutions to complex problems. I thrive in a generative culture geared toward empowering organisations and improving solutions. I'm creative and love to bring innovative solutions and ideas to the table. I have technical expertise in many areas of software engineering, but I also have the social skills required to be an effective team player. I aim to have the largest positive impact possible. As I have grown in my career, I have learned to go beyond what I can achieve individually and focus on enabling people to achieve collective success. I excel in SQL/NoSQL databases, distributed systems, TDD, software architecture, DevOps, Kubernetes, C#, and TypeScript. As a Senior Engineer at Kepler + Co, I’ve designed software architecture, mentored engineers, and managed cloud infrastructure for SaaS products. My experience at OnePointFour Consulting and Nologo Studios sharpened my skills in writing maintainable code, automating CI/CD, and working in agile environments. I’m passionate about continuous learning, collaboration, and empowering teams, and I’m always eager to contribute.
