About Harry McLaughlin

I spent 8 years in the Marine Corps as an Avionics Electrician, stationed at a Logistics Squadron in Camp Pendleton, CA specializing in helicopters. We did things at AirSpeed, also known as Lean 6 Sigma and Lean Training. I was Green Belt trained. Did 2 tours overseas, to Iraq and on a ship across the Pacific. 2 of those years he was the Avionics Division clerk overseeing all documents, digital content and the Training of the entire division. Currently, I have been with Comcast for 8 years as an Advanced Services Technician, installing cable TV, High-Speed Internet, Telephone, and Home Security services. For 3 years, he was the Help Desk, located at the Elizabethtown, KY office. He monitored routes, managed data from SQL Reporting Services, and stepped up to fill in on any priority. I am a People Leader that promotes learning and a growth mindset. Being an expert on Customer Service and Support, I have offered my services, volunteering to take part of projects sponcered through Comcast to support communities and Non-Profits. As of Oct 2022, I was selected as a Heartland OUT ERG Events Co-Lead.
