When I decided to start working I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life or what I should do as a career I worked in numerous call centers doing customer service and sales, according to the Metrix that we were measured on. ACH, Csat, rep resolve, and sales. During my time with Xerox I got the opportunity to work as a I.T. Helpdesk tech doing various things in the call center, fixing issues with phones, headsets, computers, adding/removing employees to and from network using active directory, making access badges. also I got to assist in the huge task of upgrading the phone systems from avaya to cisco. As well as upgrading the call center from Windows xp to Windows 7. I applied for a permanent I.T position with Xerox however they went with a different candidate. So I decided to try something different, and got my class A CDL and have worked Over the road driving the lower 48 with JBS, when my 2 daughters told me they wanted me to drive local I found a position delivering beer and soda to Convenience Stores which was a great experience however the pay was low and I wasn't treated well. I found a better paying job with Republic Services and they also treat us drivers with respect. So this has been my employment summary I know it was a long read but thank you for spending your time reading it.
