I am a Data Scientist with a strong Mathematics background skilled in Python,MATLAB and R. I am available for Quantitative Finance and Data Science roles from October. As a PhD student and Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Warwick, I worked on mathematical and computational (reinforcement learning) approaches to antibody-antigen interactions to improve organ transplant compatibility. During this time I developed software which solved previously insoluble problems in differential algebra (Maple), and used evolutionary parameter fitting (Matlab and Facsimile). This resulted in an improvement to the measurements of chemical constants by a. I conducted experiments and managed databases containing hundreds of thousands of measurements, developed numerous innovative models, published three papers, presented at international conferences, taught graduate-level classes in Matlab and R, and, at an undergraduate level, many fields of Maths.
