Hello, I'm Harry. My career path has taken me from Durham University to playing a strategic role at the UK Health Security Agency, where I navigated through the unprecedented challenges presented by COVID-19. My core role lies in being an operations expert, focused on enhancing and scaling business operations to surpass goals. I specialize in spearheading strategic projects, building and leading effective teams, and promoting continuous improvement with a keen focus on agile project management principles. Throughout my tenure, I've been fortunate to contribute to several key projects and initiatives, including: Leading the implementation of Jira, resulting in cost savings of over and enhanced operational efficiency. Playing an integral role in the creation of the New Variant Assessment Platform, a critical UK Government program designed to provide worldwide assistance. Establishing and nurturing a Scientific Network of over 100 members, aimed at strengthening collaboration within the National Laboratory Network. Overseeing the deployment of initial COVID-19 diagnostic tests across the country and presiding over task force meetings to address the pandemic's challenges.
