My career has been built off challenging the parameters of possibility, using my knowledge and experience to analyse how we can drive the business forward and optimise the HR tech stack, processes and engagement to minimise costs and boost team cohesion. There is always a better way Understanding capability is a priority for me; I need to know how I can best support our team by considering what drives them, why it’s important to them and empower them to deliver value to the business and feel that value reciprocated. I've been fortunate to be a part of some pretty great projects across my career, with recent standouts including the launch of a DE & I employee-led 'Culture Panel', end to end design and introduction of an HR Service Desk (Jira), the implementation of a global 'Employer Value Proposition' and Employer Brand update - the list goes on. With a focus on building meaningful relationships at all levels I thrive on connecting with the team and developing HR initiatives that promote a great workplace culture, both attracting and retaining top tier talent.
