About Harry Sidhu

With a foundation in psychology and deep operational experience, I’ve advanced from frontline support to leading high-performance teams; driven by a consistent focus on execution, clarity, and continuous improvement. In my current role as a Team Leader at Concentrix, I oversee frontline operations with a focus on performance management, workforce optimization, and coaching strategy. I embed structure and rhythm into daily execution while supporting agents in translating feedback into measurable gains. My background includes leading process optimization initiatives, designing scalable enablement programs, and applying principles from Six Sigma and Agile to drive sustainable performance. I approach leadership as both a discipline and a catalyst; creating environments where people grow, systems evolve, and results accelerate. I’m passionate about operational excellence, intent-driven leadership, and solving the kinds of problems that create long-term value for both customers and teams.
