My role encompasses actively overseeing service quality, from recruiting and training highly skilled support workers to conducting rigorous audits and assessments to uphold our compliance and standards. I also focus on maintaining efficient budgeting and billing to ensure our services are both effective and sustainable.Building strong relationships is central to my work—I prioritise open communication with participants, families, and stakeholders to understand and address their needs thoroughly. With a strategic approach to finer details and a broader vision, I strive to keep EnableU’s service delivery seamless, supportive, and impactful.
