About Harry Thompson

I am driven by a desire to inspire and develop others. I see myself as a student of leadership always working to better myself and my team. As the CEO and founder of a number of non-government organizations such as, Thompson School, Thompson Kids, Thompson Abroad (http://thompson.uz/) currently, I’ve held numerous leadership and staff positions while working in some other organizations. The highlight of my career in education was working as an HR and BPD manager which gave me the chance to develop strong networks with many like-minded people in my field. My passion for teaching can be traced back to my pre-professional days. Whether as a school pupil or a member of a lyceum student, I've been on a teaching path from the start. The reason? I like getting people excited about the things I'm excited about. Right now, that's anything and everything in my job. Outside of the office, I'm committed to education and sports. I’m fluent in Persian and Uzbek (and speak a little French), and am always looking to brush up my language skills over coffee or drinks. If you challenge me to chess, I will win. I'm currently trying my hand at online learning platform and Thompson Press Publishing organization I live the sweaty life and will probably "recruit" you to join me for a morning jog.
