I’m Harsh Agarwal — a people-first professional with over 15 years of experience in building programs, partnerships, and trust across public health, CSR, advocacy, and stakeholder-led systems. Whether leading national programs with India HIV/AIDS Alliance or developing workplace health models with PHFI, I’ve found one constant: my ability to connect deeply and genuinely with people from all walks of life. From private hospital owners to frontline staff, my approach has always been about listening, understanding, and building solutions together. I’ve led pan-India care & support initiatives, empaneled hospitals, forged industry partnerships, resolved complex grievances, and been recalled by past organizations for my clarity, commitment, and people leadership. I’ve entered domains with no prior experience and consistently delivered — with integrity and purpose. Once, while staying at an isolated hotel about 9 km outside Jalna, Maharashtra, I returned late in the evening with no food options nearby — most places in town had already closed for the night. A grocery shop owner I had just met — at 9 PM — offered me his motorbike so I could ride further out in search of dinner. No deposit, no hesitation — just quiet trust. That’s the kind of connection I seem to build without asking, and it’s something I treasure deeply.
