I am a result driven Operations and Business Development Leader with over 9 years of experience in the mobility, e-commerce, and transportation industries. I’ve built startups from the ground up, solved complex last-mile commute challenges, and developed innovative business strategies that have driven significant growth and market penetration. My entrepreneurial journey began after earning a Commerce degree from Lala Lajpat Rai College, followed by an MBA in Tourism Management, where I gained a deep understanding of market dynamics, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. I’ve since applied these skills to diverse ventures, from launching premium bike rental services to establishing micro-mobility solutions in Mumbai. At Hoppr and RebelRides, I led operations, collaborated with government entities like BMC, NMMC, India post and created scalable systems for fleet management, demand generation, and pricing strategies. My work has directly contributed to increasing customer engagement, improving service efficiency, and driving revenue growth. I have also built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies and OEM suppliers, which allowed us to gain operational advantages and expand rapidly. In addition to operations, I’ve built a strong personal brand, co-founding a successful YouTube cooking channel with my grandmother, which grew to over subscribers in just 20 months, complemented by a robust social media following of over 280K on Instagram.
