I am currently a Customer Service Team Lead at Jobfit Health Group Pty Ltd where I have steadily progressed since joining as a Customer Service Officer in April 2022. My journey within the organization has been both challenging and rewarding as I quickly advanced to a Senior Customer Service Officer before taking on my current leadership role. Before moving into customer service I built a strong foundation in the automotive industry through both education and hands-on experience. This background has given me a technical mindset and a problem-solving approach that I now apply to managing customer relations and leading my team. My leadership style is grounded in integrity a relentless drive for results and a commitment to continuous development and innovation. I strive to be the hardest worker in the room and to inspire the same dedication in my team. As I look toward the future I am committed to building a career in IT with a strong interest in business systems and cybersecurity. With a background in leadership and customer service I bring a unique perspective to optimising technical processes improving system efficiency and supporting secure scalable operations. Outside of work I am an avid Formula 1 fan and enjoy participating in racket sports. I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals whether in customer service IT or beyond.
