At Q2, I’ve led over 50 Lending Product (LOS/LMS) implementations across APAC, EMEA, and the US, consistently achieving 95%+ client satisfaction. I’ve delivered large-scale Salesforce upgrades, led globally distributed teams, and spearheaded automation initiatives that reduced release timelines by 30%, saving over annually. During the COVID-19 crisis, I managed time-sensitive projects like the Payroll Protection Program under intense regulatory and delivery pressure.
