About Harsh Jain

With several years of experience in both technical and educational settings, I bring a strong foundation in cyber security, electronics engineering, and student support. My background includes a Master's in Electronic Engineering from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, complemented by certifications in progress such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, and Cisco CCNA. This technical grounding is matched with hands-on knowledge in network troubleshooting, threat analysis, and system configuration across multiple platforms including Linux and Windows. In my role as a Student Support Officer at Acumen Education since 2018, I’ve developed excellent skills in academic monitoring, student counseling, and procedural audits. This position sharpened my ability to communicate effectively, manage risks, and implement intervention strategies — all critical components in both education and cyber security environments. My previous engineering roles in Australia and India have given me experience in circuit design, risk assessment, and technical documentation, as well as exposure to international standards and collaborative project work. A consistent performer, I’ve been recognized with awards such as the Chief Engineer’s Award for professionalism and earned multiple academic scholarships. I am driven by a passion for continuous learning, currently pursuing advanced certifications in ethical hacking and penetration testing. My goal is to merge my technical expertise and analytical mindset to become a valuable Cyber Security Analyst, proactively defending systems and organizations from digital threats.
