Dr Harsh Vardhan Kothari is Professor at DIAS, after doing MMS from BITS Pilani his career spans for 44 years and also Guest Faculty at FMS( DU). He has unique combination of business experience of 28 years and Business Educator Academics experience of 16 years. He is also HR Consultant and trainer & Coach in Leadership and HR Areas. In his rich, interesting, and successful business experience he has led three enterprises in manufacturing sector of which two enterprises he started and third one ramped up. He created excellence of quality and service in manufacturing tenure. He has qualities of avid reader, keen learner, and keeping himself updated with socio- economic environment and in management and economic fields right since his days of Management Education; he is also active member of various professional associations namely TIE, AIMA, NHRDN, ISTD, DMA, GMA, and NITTEE. He is passionate teacher and mentor, and his areas of specialization in Academics has been his areas of practice in Corporate and these are HR, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Business Communication. He has actively led Entrepreneurship Cells in the various Institutes and helped in growth of Entrepreneurship among students; he is also certified mentor and scholar in the field of Entrepreneurship and remains updated on the current entrepreneurship practices. He has been associated with Jamia Millia Islamia University, GD Goenka World Institute, ICFAI Business School, Institute of Management Education and Educational Wings of All India Management Association (AIMA), Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD), and National Entrepreneurial Network (NEN). He has flair of writing on management topics and keep himself updated with Research Methods, he has to his credit 21 research papers publication including in areas of HR, Strategy, Operations, and general Management areas. He has several articles published in magazines. He is NET qualified, done his PhD with ICFAI University Dehradun, and also a Fellow with education wing of National Entrepreneurship Network.
