As a Management Trainee at Shriram General Insurance, I work with corporates and brokers to provide customized solutions for their insurance needs. I leverage my skills in relationship management, market research, and research and development to deliver value-added services and increase customer satisfaction. I am also an MBA candidate at IIM Visakhapatnam, where I learned to enhance my leadership, innovation, and execution abilities. I have a strong marketing and sales background, having previously worked as an Associate Marketing Head at ThinkPlus Education Technology and an Administration Assistant at TTI Consulting Engineers. In these roles, I conducted mentoring sessions, organized seminars, led a team of interns, and managed social media and website design. I am passionate about exploring new opportunities and challenges in the insurance industry, and applying my knowledge and experience to create impactful solutions. I am motivated by the vision of Shriram General Insurance to provide affordable and accessible insurance products to the masses, and I aspire to contribute to its growth and success.
