At the forefront of the Tata Group’s entry into healthcare in 2016, helped shape the healthcare investment thesis; leading market entry strategies and execution, pilots, positioning, and competitor analysis that has now culminated in the now larger integrated digital healthcare play. Over the past 9+ years, I have led high-impact healthcare engagements across the Tata Group; from building and scaling a ₹100Cr B2B Pharma supply chain business, to advising governments on digital public health, M&A Integrations, Service transformations, to closing global consulting deals in hospital transformation and MedTech. My foundation in strategy planning & execution and stakeholder management at Jindal Steel & Vedanta Group helped shape my ability to manage complexity, scale initiatives, and align public-private goals.
