I am a Sr. Executive at Bira 91, a leading craft beer brand in India, and a Bachelor of Commerce student at Shri Ram College of Commerce, one of the most prestigious colleges in the country. I have also completed the CMA foundation course from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, gaining a solid foundation in business administration and management. My core competencies include financial modeling and valuation, cost accounting, data analysis, and SAP finance and controlling.As a Sr. Executive, I have been involved in various aspects of kegs management, forecasting, delivery, and reverse logistics, ensuring seamless draft beer operations across multiple markets pan India. I have formulated a standardized operating procedure(SOP), pioneered the demand forecasting at the depot level, implemented biweekly milk-run operations, and reduced the turnaround time for kegs by more than 50%. I have also contributed to the annual logistics budget plan, working with the finance and operations teams. I am passionate about optimizing supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering value to the customers and the organization. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different sectors such as steel and e-commerce, and having completed various certifications and projects.
