Work Responsibility - Drawing and BOM(bill of material) analysis of a product. Then, make a list of required materials. After that, check the raw material stock which is required for the product. If not then, placing of indent for raw material to purchase based on receipt of orders. Co-ordinate with purchase department and monitor the movement of parts, supplies and materials and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule. Analyze all machines capacity, so that if there is not in our machine capacity then we have to pre-planned for make order to vender for job work. Planning and Preparation of production schedules for manufacturing and send to client. Co-ordinate with production team for some client urgency and sequence of manufacturing orders. Provide documentation and information to management for delays and difficulties. Provide wooden boxes to production for packing and dispatch accordingly.
