Driven by curiosity and a passion for reinventing my identity (who am I? why am I here?), I’ve cultivated a non-linear career that reflects a deeply rooted and evolving value system. Over the past decade, I’ve often found myself at the intersection of thought leadership and people management, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on engagement. Whether through fieldwork across diverse contexts, periodic immersion in operational routines within global and local organizations, or direct client and stakeholder interactions, I intentionally engage with implementation to ensure that the layers of Strategy and theory of change remain informed, aligned, and evolving to meet their intended purpose. I’ve developed and refined my approach to leveraging diversity and inclusion as lenses to identify, enable, and accelerate innovation. While I draw inspiration from humanity’s state-of-the-art advancements, informed by a broad spectrum of ideas, insights, and collaborations, my work is grounded in the practical reality that many of today’s challenges already have solutions waiting to be scaled, cross-pollinated, or adapted. Recognizing the privilege and opportunities I’ve been afforded, I bring courage, passion, and a commitment to purpose-driven work.
