I am an Project Manager with 10 years of experience delivering high-quality Interior Fit-Out projects across the UAE, specializing in the Retail, Healthcare, and F&B sectors. I manage projects from initial concept through to final handover, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to timelines, and complete client satisfaction. My role encompasses full project oversight, including MEP systems such as HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Drainage, and Water Supply, as well as all aspects of Interior Fit-Out works. I am responsible for the detailed development of designs, coordination with internal departments and external consultants, management of material submittals, and securing all necessary technical approvals. I lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Designers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Tenant Coordinators, and Technicians, ensuring seamless project execution within budget and program constraints. I also maintain full coordination with landlords, clients, management, and relevant authorities to guarantee compliance with regulations and project requirements.
