Harshada Chavan is a dedicated professional in the social sector, known for her enthusiasm and affable nature. With a Master's in Commerce (Business Management) from Mumbai University, she embarked on her journey as a social worker through the Gandhi Fellowship, supported by 2 years of volunteering with NSS and NYKS. With 5 years of experience in education, youth, and health sectors, Harshada has honed her skills in ground implementation, government liaising, trainer training, and partnership building. As a Digital Skills Trainer at SRF Foundation, she empowered over 556 trainers across Mumbai ITI 11 and Dharavi ITI, helping them unlock their potential. Currently, Harshada serves as an Implementation Associate at Project Baala, contributing to sustainable development in Menstrual Hygiene Health management. She is passionate about educating women, providing livelihoods, and raising health and nutrition awareness, empowering women to speak freely and knowledgeably about menstruation.
