With over seven years of legal experience, I currently work as a Legal Consultant at Godrej Properties Limited, specializing in drafting, negotiation, and various litigation, including civil, criminal, commercial disputes, real estate, arbitration, land, and other related legal matters. I have assisted and briefed senior advocates and law firms on matters before the Bombay High Court (Principal Seat), the Karnataka High Court (Bengaluru), the District and Sessions Court at Pune, and various other courts. While working with Dewani Associates, I had the opportunity to work and assist, since inception (before the Commercial Court at Nagpur and the Hon'ble Bombay High Court at Nagpur), in the landmark judgment of "M/s NN Global Mercantile Pvt Ltd v. M/s Indo Unique Flame Ltd", passed by the Constitutional Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. I have a proven track record of supporting commercial dispute resolutions and partnering with teams to navigate complex legal frameworks in my previous organizations. I have single-handedly appeared in and assisted with matters before the Honorable High Court of Bombay, the District and Sessions Court at Nagpur, arbitral tribunals, commercial courts, consumer courts, RERA, MSME councils, and various other courts and tribunals. I have effectively handled civil and criminal litigation and trials, arbitration, commercial disputes, real estate law, land law, consumer law, and various other legal matters.
