I had been on a profound journey in the field of clinical research, something like starting with a bolt and slowly turning in to a Ferrari, going through various stages of evolution in the process. Started of as a clinical data entry associate, at the very root level. Went through all the stages of CDM, witnessed the era of paper CRFs till the eventual rise of RDC. Achieved the senior level only to move on to new pastures of Clinical Programming till becoming an expert. Now I am a standards SME, gotten in to the mentoring path as well.# In my free time I am a movie buff and a poet. I like to watch the movie from the makers angle, director’s cults classics sorts. Poetic expressions come out when I feel the surroundings through my various nature trails, family time with my adorable princess or soul searching with bunch of energetic buddies. Politics and philosophy are my other areas of interests.# My notable skills, my transparent communication style, going that extra mile to be on the same page as your customers, always. I have always been vocal with pros and cons of actions/solutions. Never shy away from implementing the hardest but efficient solutions with openness to any criticism in the initial stages of the life cycle of problem. Can quickly adapt to given situation. I had successfully handled projects transitioned at crucial junctures. Also worked in a dual role of CDM and Clinical Programmer for almost 2.5 years sharpening the multitasking skills to its optimum. Lead the team out of many difficult situations with precise planning, knowledge sharing and decision-making. In short we were the team of elite commandos always entrusted with difficult missions for our commitment, creativity and resilience. Always optimistic, and team oriented with right set of temperament keeping the whole testing situation stress-free. Whether it’s negotiating for the OOS or revisiting unrealistic deadlines we could always succeed in influencing the customers on agreeable terms.
