About Harshdeep Mangat

I am a dual-degree and double-board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. Following completion of my surgical training at the University of Toronto, I was internationally selected for the prestigious European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship in London, England. With the exceptional experience of training under some of the foremost surgeons in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, I have developed an expertise in the full scope of Oral, Maxillofacial and Facial Plastic Surgery techniques. My surgical experience and aspirations are balanced by a strong interest in clinical research to remain engaged with cutting-edge advancements and techniques within the field. At present, I am actively involved as a scientific reviewer for the Facial Plastic Surgery journal and a full member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. As an active staff at the Ottawa Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), I look forward to responding to the community’s need for comprehensive care in both Maxillofacial and Facial Plastic Surgery in Ottawa.
