About Harshil Kothari

2019: I was a Civil Engineering Intern in India, standing at construction sites, trying to understand how bridges and highways come to life. 2025: I am on a mission to manage multi-million-dollar construction projects, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. How I got here: I mastered project management through hands-on experience - overseeing bridge to highway projects to ensure projects timelines were met, budgets stayed aligned, and risk were managed on-site. I strengthened my leadership skills by driving field execution - leading site crews, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and solving real-time challenges to keep construction moving forward. I built expertise in Project Management. Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project, became my tools of the trade. Now, I am on a mission: To take on more complex infrastructure projects. To help companies optimize construction workflows. To connect with professionals who share the same passion for the built environment.
