I am an IT & Testing/QA Specialist, having a 9+ years of experience which includes all kind of QA Process, QA strategies and methodologies and principals- 9+ Years of experience in testing which includes a Testing of Web Applications and Mobile Applications- Having 1.5 years of experience in Rest API Automation Testing using rest assured tool- Experience working on large & small scale projects in different areas of business such as Media Logistic, Social Networking, Education, Healthcare, Finance, Gaming, Auctions, E-Commerce etc- Design, Develop, Implementation and execute comprehensive QA test strategies, Test plans and Test cases- Run Regressions Tests and perform both white and black box testing against new releases and production patches- Perform verification with all the aspects which includes functional, UI, Compatibility, Security, Exploratory, App Usability, Structural, Smoke, Cross Browsers, Regression Testing, Monkey Testing, Blitz Testing, Acceptance Testing using etc- Document, troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing- Report and manage defects in a test/bug management system like JIRA, Assembla, Mantis, Bugzilla, Redmine, Testlink etc- In addition I can also contribute to improving the overall product/experience for your customers- Hands-on experience testing on a variety of iOS and Android-based smartphones for various apps- Flexible working with developers, designers and other team members- Responsible for having a client call on daily basis which contains a daily updates for on going micro services- Responsible for provide a training as an when it require.
