As an IT Recruiter at Golden Technology, I am involved in the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing to placing candidates in contract and permanent positions. I leverage my skills in Boolean searches, resume screening, candidate verification, and interview alignment to find the best fit for the client's needs. I also support and mentor the associate recruiters by reviewing their candidates and providing constructive feedback. My passion for uplifting the underprivileged has led me to work extensively in the social work industry in the past. I have held various leadership roles at Zomato Feeding India, a non-profit organization that aims to eradicate hunger and food waste. As the North Region President, I managed and coordinated the operations of 12 chapters across 6 states, impacting over 1.5 million lives. As the City Head, I organized and executed multiple food distribution drives, awareness campaigns, and fundraising events, reaching out to more than beneficiaries. I also contributed to the non-profit consulting and development of the organization, creating strategies, partnerships, and policies to enhance its impact and sustainability. I hold an MBA degree from Dr. Virendra Swarup Institute of Computer Studies, Kanpur, where I was a core member of the Student Activity Cell, responsible for planning and organizing various academic and cultural events. I also have a BCA degree from the same institute, where I learned the basics of computer programming. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities that align with my values and goals.
