With over 8 years of experience in the publishing industry, I am a content team manager at SAGE Publications, a leading global academic publisher. I lead a team of 8-10 people and guide them in managing open access and traditional journals via a vendor management model, ensuring high standards of editorial and production quality, schedule, and delivery. I also lead in the automation of reports and data management of the department, using Microsoft data analysis and business intelligence tools like Power BI and Excel. I have a versatile background, having worked as a content manager, production editor supervisor, and senior project editor in the past, and I have successfully implemented workflow changes and improvements within a lean framework. I am passionate about innovation and learning in the publishing field, and I have acquired multiple certifications in generative AI, large language models, and responsible AI from Google. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to the growth and excellence of SAGE Publications and the academic community.
