My recent work spans highly available, fault tolerant microservices written in Golang, deployed across globe, highly consistent, scalable, handling 20 billion + request per month. What I do - Ship backend services: Go microservices for control planes, data ingestion, caching, and resilient inter-service comms- Make systems reliable: metrics, logs, traces; SLOs, canary releases, feature flags; incident response and postmortems- Secure by design: SSE/SASE patterns, platform hardening, and pragmatic security trade-offs in production systems- Build AI copilots for engineers: RAG assistants that surface runbooks, product docs, and operational context to speed incident triage and onboarding. Selected projects - Cloud Security Platform Services (Umbrella/SSE): Delivered Go microservices for alert notification and webhooks, client security enhancement and control-plane APIs; optimised critical paths for lower latency and higher throughput- Internal RAG Assistant/Chatbot: Built a retrieval-augmented assistant to accelerate incident triage, developer onboarding, and knowledge discovery. Integrated vector databases and hybrid retrieval, plus internal tool automation for faster MTTR.
