Harshit Sarna is currently leading Talent Acquisition at a Greenfield project of Tata group. Born and brought up in Pune. Completed schooling education from Symbiosis where he was awarded as the Best Outgoing Student. Lead his School Cricket team to ZP winners and captained Pune City. He has also led his college cricket team to 4 trophies in a single year - the most for VIT in a year. He represented Savitribai Phule Pune University at the West Zone tournament in 2019.He has done 4 Himalayan treks and 1 Himalayan expedition as an instructor. He likes being adventurous and has done activities like Bungee Jumping and Ganga White Water Rafting.He has interned with Michelin in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning where he worked on the ML models and regression techniques. He likes to do thorough data analysis and gain insights. He completed the PGP HRM program at MDI Gurgaon. Harshit worked as a live project intern at Tata Electronics where he worked on Competency-Based Interviews and Leadership Competencies. On the basis of his exemplary performance, he was awarded a Pre-Placement offer and will start his career at TEPL in 2022. He worked at Abbott India as a summer intern where he contributed to Diversity & Inclusion vertical. He was responsible for driving the launch of Employee Resource Groups. For his work, he was nominated for the star intern presentation. Harshit has also worked as a Live Project Intern at Airtel, Outlook Group, and Shine Projects. He is part of the mentorship cell at MDI which conducts mock GDPIs and takes knowledge sessions for the junior batch.
