About Harshit Sharma

Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate with a strong passion for innovation and a focus on Power Electronics Converters and Drives. Currently working as Global Installed Base engineer, managing GE Vernova’s Power Conversion products’ installed base globally. During my undergrad, I co-founded and served as the Electrical Domain Leader of Team Navan, a student-run research team that developed tech solutions for common problems. With our innovative projects, our team represented the college in various technological innovation challenges and achieved notable victories. I am proud to have contributed to our team's success, combining my technical expertise with effective leadership. Together, we showcased our abilities to devise creative solutions and demonstrated our commitment to driving positive change through technology. In addition to my team accomplishments, I maintained an exceptional academic record, earning a GPA of 9.25 out of 10. This achievement placed me among the top 5 students out of 500 in the department, reflecting my dedication to excellence in my studies. My research focus on switching strategies for Power Electronics Converters and Drives, combined with my published international paper in the field of Microgrids, demonstrates my commitment to advancing knowledge and pushing the boundaries of technology.
