Qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with 6+ years of qualitative work experience in Large Corporate. Handled various role like Business Finance, Product Pricing, Profitability, Budgeting, MIS, Strategy, Digital Transformation, Financial Reporting, Evaluation of Investments Proposal and Tax Advisory. My key career driver is “Self-satisfaction” which emanates when my efforts result in value creation for the organisation. On personal front, my Life-Mantra is - “Hard work always pays off”. Glimpse of Work experience - Led logistic cost optimization model which resulted in annual saving of more than INR 200 million of the organisation and provide Cost optimal logistic movement to improve logistics decisions- Strengthening the monitoring through automating manual activities and recommending layout of Automated Dashboard to show all critical aspect of Company Owned Outlets- Carried out multiple pilot project at region level to ensure best corporate governance which is further successfully replicated in the organization at PAN INDIA level. These pilot includes pricing structure related system changes, sales accounting, system driven payment to avoid duplication and delay in processing- Led and managed subordinates by delegating right work to right person, motivating them to complete it in timely manner and developing a sense of contentment in them using behavioral and interpersonal skills. Considering initiatives, I have been honored with "Individual Creative and Innovation award" at Regional Business level. I also acted as Project Lead of various initiatives which was further appreciated by higher management and it ultimately led to fast track promotion. People says, my core competency lies in “Innovation”. Improving existing processes and building automated systems by exploring new ideas are something I am known for. I am passionate about financial market, follow Indian Stock market and evaluating impact of external factor like economy changes on the same. I apply my existing knowledge and keep learning from own investment portfolio. Nothing excites me more than meeting new people, maintaining social network, generating new ideas and contributing to growth of a business. Travel is my thirst which keep my life vibrant and I admire the astounding and dazzling scenic beauty.
